The Dealey Lama is an old man with a long white beard and a white robe. Head of ELF, located below sewers of Dealy Plaza, Dallas, Texas. Strongly implied (by himself) to be the still-living Gruad Greyface from Atlantis.
Kerry Thornley also used "Ho Chi Zen (the Fifth Dealy Lama)" as one of his pen names.
